Michael finished his Officer 1 class last week, so I made one of his favorite dishes to celebrate...
This was a great success except for the hot hot hot pepper that made contact with my eye! After 10 minutes of flushing it out, and whining, I was finally ready to eat dinner.
We were unable to find serrano chiles,
so Michael brought home other spicy solutions.
Hot tea and chopsticks seemed to fit the mood.
