Ahoy!
My husband and I have decided to share our love for food, flowers (well that’s more of a Michelle thing) and DIY home projects on this blog. We bought our first house during a snow blizzard 12 months, 25 days and 38 inches of snow ago. Since then we’ve shared (or survived-depending on how you look at it) many memorable meals, and home challenges-mostly unexpected ones.
Now that we're hitched, and somewhat settled into our petite, brick, duplex in Alexandria, VA (it’s true, Virginia IS for Lovers) it’s time to share our low-budget home adventures. We’re trial & error kind-of-people, so I encourage you to learn from us, don’t give up on us, and heck, feel free to laugh at us-sometimes.
