One of my favorite breakfasts is Mike’s “egg in the nest,” which is basically a fried egg inside of a piece of toast. As you can see he put his own spin on it... It’s no secret the main ingredient is Love. He even cut hearts out (with cookie cutters) of the bread scraps, and served them with jelly, and jam. What a lovely way to start the day. I feel so loved (and spoiled!)
