chicken salad sammich
After roasting a chicken, we love to use the leftovers for chicken salad sammiches; how do you like your chicken salad?
Michelle's #1 choice: mayo, chopped bread & butter pickles, curry, S&P on a baguette.
Michael's #1 choice-the works: mayo, mustard, olives, capers, paprika, S&P on wheat.
